Psychotherapy sessions occur in a confidential and caring environment between you and your psychotherapist.
The Purpose & Goal
The purpose of psychotherapy is to identify and address the issues that create stress and emotional problems in your life. The primary goal of psychotherapy is to help you resolve your emotional distress. During psychotherapy you can increase your self-confidence and improve your communication and problem-solving skills. In their psychotherapy sessions, children and teens have the opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings about what is stressful in their lives.
Who Can Benefit
Parents, children as young as twelve months of age and teens can benefit from individual or family psychotherapy. Psychotherapy can help you develop an increased understanding of yourself, as well as what will help you lead a happier and healthier life.
